I got the cake eatin blues...

I couldn't eat cake
because of a toothache
but It's not me illin'
on Amoxicillin

My sweetheart was hurting
while the doctor was flirting
to withdraw every cent
from the bank account we rent

I just can't eat no more cake
cancel the party
the pain is much too great.

it's not your belly maker
I'm just going through a phase.

I'm feeling kinda down now
these legs are getting slow
my crave is comin back oh
snortin' splenda like it's coke.

cancel the party

A thousand years from tomorrow
they'll dig me up to see
32 teeth that I borrowed
and the dentist' after me.

cancel tomorrow's party
and get some anbesol for me!
