Many things in life get a person down and many bitter things can make a good heart go sour. I have learned in my short, but decent walk of life that physical pain hurts very badly. However, physical pain is not nearly as bad as emotional pain. For emotional pain is the tearing at of the soul. The pain of the soul hurts one physically and emotionally. So, what can one do to bring their spirit up? Well, it is very simple!!! Love yourself and others, but that is not all. Find as many times in the day to laugh and smile as much as possible. Also, do not worry for that causes stress. It does help to have someone to lean on with your problems and worries though. I lean on my father, God. Above all, remember that things alway get better. The storm does not last forever, one day there will be no more storms.
