The ballots that guests make will be available for guest choices and comments but they will not be shown on any list - so unless they invite other people to come and make comments and whatnot, the ballot will just wither away. I recently modified the referral pages for people to invite others to the site, by sending them an email with a ballot embedded in it. try sending some interesting ballots to people you know.
