Firing into civilian centers sure seems to make any questions of 'unintentional' collateral damage seem disengenuous.
Then again, firing into civilian centers in order to kill military targets doesn't strike me as 'seizing the Moral High Ground,' either.
I don't think that Israel's use of cluster bombs is hardly precision targeting.

For them the more dead women and children the better. They don't care, they aren't a democracy. The lives of the people they use for their own benefits are meaningless to them.

If they could get away with it I'm sure they'd joyfully massacre thousands of their own people and blame it on the Israelis. Fortunately they don't believe they can quite manage that, not yet, which gives some glimmer of a hope for our media, but not much.
