I think it depends on whether we remain on the current fiasco course or completely restrategize.

If we remain on the current track -- I believe we'll be worse off in 10 years.

If we reverse course, we may be able to mitigate some of the damage done, but we will still have challenges.

That is really hard to say. Or impossible. A lot depends on who is in power, decisions that are made, outside events, environmental issues, etc.
