Say ... isn't the rating system:
Class E: Under 1200
Class D: 1200 - 1399
Class C: 1400 - 1599
Class B: 1600 - 1799
Class A: 1800 - 1999
Expert (Candidate Master): 200 - 2199
Master: 2200+
What's with these 2500 and 3000_+ ratings?!?

SR: Numerically, yes ... but the associated titles only go so high. There may ba grandmaster or two in the mid-2000s, but ...
