But Hezbollah shouldn't be intentionally targetting civilians. In war, both sides are equally guilty of resorting to violence to resolve what might have been resolved via diplomacy.

If the US was at war with a country which INTENTIONALLY hid all its weapons and soldiers in a civilian area, should the US just sit back and not attack while the enemy fires their weapons at US civilians at will?
