I could do wonders with a shack! Slap on some paint, put up floor-to-ceiling shelves, make one wall a window, leave the outside natural and all rustic-looking.. it'd be just Dreamy.

In the end, all houses end up being simply where you live. Why not have it all to live in, and take trips to the ocean? I love the ocean, but not enough to live in a shack.

The mansion of course. Much more comfortable than a shack.
The mansion is more practical. The shack is more about sentimentality over a view (unless you are heavily into surfing and such, which I am not). I prefer swimming in a swimming pool anyway.
