Why is Islam the only religion that does not condemn lying... and, even demands that a follower lie under certain circumsatnces?

Jinn, Israel used weapons banned by the Geneva Conventions and international laws.
Cluster bombs and DU ammunition are such weapons. When Israel KNEW that the ceasefire was coming into effect, they dropped more cluster bombs on the civilian areas of Lebanon, on villages and towns in 72 hours than dropped bombs in the entire month previous. That shows SPITE, and is not the act of a rational national government or military. Being so irrational, is it any wonder that Israel LOST in so many ground battles and could barely take any ground at all?
All that DU is going to haunt Israel and Lebanon BOTH for years to come as cancer rates and illnesses soar. They were stupid to use DU in their war, because the depleted uranium dust is going to blow around with the winds and go right back into their own faces, affect their own people, and their own children.
