WHY ARE SOME THINGS WRAPPED IN TIN FOIL ONLY HALF BAKED?

I have baked potatos in tin foil, ears of corn, and other items, and they bake up so deliciously. Yet, some items, when covered in tin foil, seem to be so hopelessly half baked, especially the human head, when covered with a tin foil hat.

What is the reason for this?

The tin foil hat reflects the heat rays.
You failed to marinate the head.
You tried to cook the human head in the microwave, WTF were you thinking?
You have to flip the head after 12 minutes at 450 degrees
WTF? Did you shove a thermometer in my rectum?

Unless you put the shiny side in and the dull side facing out. But before you do that, take a fork and poke them in the eyes. This will have them really squealing when the heat hits.

Although I think some of the tin foil hat wearers did put their heads in the microwave and then turned it on.
