food health : IS THE POTATO A RACIST VEGETABLE, OR JUST MISUNDERSTOOD?

The potato is a very fake and shallow vegetable in my opinion. Look at it. Laying there, all brown skinned, but underneath it all, oh yes, the potato is a total sellout.

Under that shallow brown skin, the potato is totally white, to the core. Yet there the potato is, pretending to be anything BUT white.

Who does the potato think it's fooling?? Is this a totally racist vegetable, or just misunderstood??

Voted : No, the potato is just a hurt and misunderstood vegetable.
My mother thought this in her day. In fact she didn't want to cause trouble on my dinner plate. She was against mixed vegetables. She always segregated the white potatos from the green peas and the orange carrots. But one day I said "This is all wrong! These vegetables need to get together and unite as one!" So I sent in the knife and fork to force desegregation of the vegetables. After that everything was gravy. Although I must admit, I was never too fond of those green peas.
