Ah, good old "channel 13" as PBS was (and possibly still is?) in New York.
Hmmmm, nobody likes channel 11. That's because when you have cable , who needs PBS. There's Nick, Disney, and Cartoon Network or maybe MTV and VH1. Oh well.
