Huh? And you don't have threat levels in any part of Europe? Isn't the UK part of Europe? Last I checked, the Madrid train bombings and the London subway and bus attacks were indeed carried out by Islamic extremist terrorists. Or is that not the case?

Al-Qaeda doesn't exist, but in any case, maybe the Algerians are still pissed 'cause they're democratically elected government was dismantled by teh U.S.

And he didn't say Iraq had anything to do with terrorism, did he? No. What the quote above refers to is the threats made my Al Qaida and other terrorist organizations about nations that helped the U.S in Iraq.
