Policies, but the candidate must be credible (i.e., not an obviously corrupt, lying SOB).
Voted : I vote for someone I can trust
This year I'll be voting out of disgust. No incumbent is worth the crock of shit that spews from their mouths.
VOTE THEM ALL OUT!
A mixture. Policy proposals, issues, and promises dont mean anything when the candidate has a poor track record and is lacking in values.
Voted : I vote for a mixture of the above
I place my vote for the person I judge (and *hope*) will best serve the interests of *people* over money.
I try to vote as often as I can, to honor those that gave their lives in the Revolutionary War and made our great nation possible.
