Some people obviously don't have to earn respect, considering that a significant number of people approve of the job Bush is doing as president.

cranky, despite the fact that I agree with you in most cases, and that this is probably a politically motivated ballot, drawing comparisons to Bush/Republicans/their policies on almost every single ballot gets a little annoying. O.o But it's your keyboard with which to type what you wish :O
well, what you do is start in a neutral position, then make your judgements.
The only time a person or group would have to earn my respect is if I lost repect for them.
Case in point, Miller Brewing.

Why I don't know. Women haven't accomplished much since the beginning of time.
I guess if men weren't brainwashed to respect them, they might be more inclined to use them and then throw them away. As they should be.

Those are some notably accomlished women from off the top of my head. I can list more if you'd like.

that goes both ways. if i did something stupid, i'd want somebody to say to me "hey, that's stupid". so that's that i do when someone else does something stupid. but they take offense.
