Well, speaking of "intellectually challenged," I could be myself. Not "changed," challenged.

Frankly, I've never had much reason to notice a lack of intelligence in pur POTUSes until this one rolled through the door.
Intellectually challenged, you, Ms margaret? *Never*.

A lack of formal education wouldn't necessarily make for a bad president. For instance, Bush went to Yale and is dumb as a door knob.

He is not the least educated. IMO, he is the most 'intellectually challenged.'

Bush is just intelligent enough to be dangerous. The other qualities that makes him so onerous are that he is utterly lacking in character and integrity.
Well, we all see how Mr. Smarty Pants president Jimmy Carter did. It isn't so much about your IQ as it is about your ability to lead. And to be fair, Kerry's grades and Bush's were about the same at Yale.
I don't know that Dubya is dumb as much as too sure he's right, although sometimes it's hard to tell the difference.

Obviously, we never heard presidents speak before the advent of radio and television. But please, people, you must admit this guy comes across as the most stupid. In fact, he's the most 'challenged' adult person I've ever heard speak, period.

If president Bush is indeed mentally handicapped, shouldn't you be ashamed of yourself for laughing at someone with a disability.
