My brother recently married a woman who is half Polish and half German. He says that she's half stupid, half stubborn.

I know it's not nice, but I voted it as being funny. My brother's wife just rolls her eyes while trying to keep a straight face when he makes those "half mad" comments.
At least she has a sense of humor about it. If it angered her, then it would be a mean thing to say.
