... but hey, rules of engagement are just inconvenient in the pursuit of neocon agendas
100 years? The US has sweatshops, child labor, blacks and women can't vote, abortions are illegal, people are literally starving in the streets, public education is unheard of and if a few years a flu epidemic will kill millions of americans? I can understand hating bush, but please, come back to reality.
"how many years did GW Bush set back the civilization of the earth?" think globally, herzog. It's not that hard if you try.

The ripples of American policy under George W. Bush will continue to affect us for many, many years, and that's if he manages to get through the next two years without a nuclear exchange. If that happens, 600 years would be a very optimistic guess.
The US supports plenty of regimes that tick all of herzog's boxes... and since the vicious retarded chimp has presided over an era where the gross errors and crass partisan foreign policy of the US has made mockery of its sanctimonious protestations of philanthropy, he has ultimately made sure that the world thinks of the US as "bad" rather than "good". Try again zog, old chap.
It will take years to recover from Bush's stint... our country will long be trying to regain our strengths and dignity... all the while GW will be kicking back reaping the benefits of a former president... oh wait, he could quite possibly be imprisoned!

About 10. But, some of what Bush has caused can be undone by the next President. Who, will hopefully be a sane person, as Bush is surely insane. He's also a war criminal who should face live imprisonment.
By the time the Idiot Bush gets done screwing up the country we'll be back to the time of King George III, the last deranged fool George to hose America.

I think we can salvage that in fifty years, if we pass a Constitutional amendment banning anyone with the names Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld or Rice from ever serving in public office above the level of dog catcher again.
"it took the world thousand years to come up with the accepted rules of conduct in war" The ancient Greek city States had a rule that too cities would send 200 of the warriors to fight each other or arguements between cities be settled in a duel, best fighter vs best fighter. Germanic tribal warfare was also conducted with a select number of fighters pitted against eachother. In ancient Hellonic countries the raising of a Sarissa (pike) or Doru (spear) was a form of surrender and the for were not harmed. There has been rules of engagement in warfare for thousands of years. I'd say around 20 years IMO.

It sorta reminds me of how you feel if you caught your loved one in the arms of another, you may not leave but you can never feel the way you felt before the incident...if we keep going down the path we are on, (and this Administration is not finished yet) we may be set back more than 600 years in our status in the world, socially, economically, and in our ability to "lead" . Trust is very hard to restore...
There are no "rules." Just vague guidelines.
I say none! I dont see us going backwards globally. Things were messed up before Bush. All you haters like to Blame everything on him. There were terrorist opperating in over 70 coutries before Bush got into office. Everthing is not his fault.
You guys are fagots. The world isn't candyland and torture in the defense of your nation I have no problem with. They are not being treated that badly relitively speaking so shut the fuck up.
