Mine was named D.X., and he was an Little Green Man. I even sent him off in his flying saucer when I was ten.
Yeah, good going larry, you'd better hope that he doesn't see this ballot. Some freind you are.
Larry, this is a fascinating topic that doesn't get enough coverage. Questions: Do you remember what your imaginary friend looked like? Did he seem real to you, or were you just playing? My brother had an imaginary friend, and as I recall, his "friend" was as real to him as any of his siblings.

I never did have an imaginary friend.
Nope, but I had an imaginary swimmming pool. Spent most of my childhood in a plaster cast. Is that you and him in the pic? Nice :o)
I'd watch him, he seems a little too friendly.
^ I know, it's a Google image, but after I posted I thought that too. Bostonian , yes, I remember how he looked, I thought of him as real, he went on trips with us, sounds weird I know, after I stopped playing with him, for some reason I told everyone he moved to New York City.
Larry, we had to leave a chair open for my brother's imaginary friend at the dinner table and a seat for him in the car when we went on trips. Sound familiar? Really, this topic should be looked into more.
As long as the "friend" isn't Drop Dead Fred! That movie cracked me up!
