They say heaven has buildings and streets made of gold, but what does that show? Gold is a human valued thing. Can heaven really be be all that different from earth? Or what about living for ever in heaven? What makes life so beautiful is death. Being mortal. Living forever what does that lead to? What if earth itself could be a form of heaven. Pain, running up a hill and being out of breath but suddenly getting it back by a cool breaze. Looking down from a 14,000 foot mountain that you had just painstakenly climbed. What about looking at that one girl for the first time. The smell of the ocean. The feeling the power of the sky above you before a thunderstorm arrives. Being able to predict a storm before it gets to you by watching if the leaves of a tree flipped bottom up. Sitting under a pine tree in the mountains and staying perfectly dry while it downpours. Yeah earth has suffering but what would you be if you didn't expeience it. If there is no suffering in heaven what is there? What about the satisfaction of a huge work of art such as a tower that was built by hand and pain. They say once you die you become "greater" than angles. Is this because there is no suffering in heaven so angles are never tested? Which means that heaven is not just a place created in the mind of the individual it indicates that it is a pre-planned place. But if it is a pre-planned place then what is it? How could something be more beautiful than this if there is no challenge, nothing to boast about or be humiliated about. Nothing to say that you gave up 10 years of your mortal life to sacrifice for somebody else. So what if earth is that pre-planned place or heaven, or if heaven is better than this how? Heaven is better (reason stated below) Don't know Maybe it is not Maybe earth is a form of heaven A place on Earth that realises the pursuit of happiness.
