Voted : I do as little as I can for my money
I work to live and not the other way around. It is ameans to an end. The work ethic is a protestant value and I believe we should be striving to work less and have more leisure time.

^ Sing it, Steel!
Voted : I work hard for my money
I try to keep up with new technology for web development. Most programmers where I work still only know COBOL.
Voted : I work hard for my money
The harder I work, the more I get paid, and the better I can take care of myself and my family. And I don't mind one bit. Unless one is physically or mentally disabled, a little hard work doesnt hurt anything but the ego.
Voted : I live off of the government
And I'm not ashamed of it. I worked for twenty-eight years, paid taxes for every one of them. It's the *least* that my Least Favorite Uncle owes me.
^ I dont blame you one bit, Truth'. And how is the work ethic a protestant value? People have worked since people have been around, long before any established church. It may not have been a 9 to 5 job, but one had to work to survive. Those that didnt, did not last very long. Whether it was foraging for food, builing shelter, relocating to follow herds, etc.., people had to work.
