This is a joke ballot, although it might not be funny. I have this question every time I see the Pesident talk without a script. He is a screaming hoot! A comedy writer couldn't write a more hilarious script. Of course it is scary that this guy has his finger on the nuclear trigger. Nevertheless, I do wonder if he is crazy, stupid, or both. If he's sane, then he's a war criminal. So, let's hope Mr. Bush is not sane. In your opinion if the President stupid, crazy, or both?
