NLRB RULING TO UNDERMINE UNIONS?

[+] ballot by Cathexis
ACTIVE Thu Oct 05, 06 - Tue May 27, 08

The US National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has recently voted (along party lines) to reclassify 8 million workers as 'supervisors' -- who will, thus, no longer have any protections under U.S. labor laws.

Do you think any US corporations might now reclassify employees as 'supervisors,' in order to undermine unions?

Yes: Expect abuses to follow this ruling
No: No abuses will occur due to this ruling

With Bush in power, I'm surprised the NRLB hasn't reclassified all U.S. workers as "slaves."

That's a pro-management stance...almost a hallmark of the Party in control...when the NRLB makes rulings which is sure to compromise the workers and give the corporations that option you can bet some of them will use it.
