I don't think they're going anywhere. Maybe the Balseros (wetbacks) that came here since 1980 will, but that's because they don't want to work because Communism made them lazy bums. The ones that got here earlier, on airplanes of course, own all the businesses here in Miami, and every time the issue comes up, I hear them say they're never going back.
Hint: half the new arrivals are secretly Commies. The ones that came in the beginning are uber-capitalist anti-Castrists. Hence the "cuban mafia" which is eternally plotting to kill Castro. Personally I think Castro died a long time ago and has since been replaced by a zillion look-alikes. Even if he were to die, his brother Raul would succeed him, and I hear he's worse, so I think you're stuck with Cubans in Miami for a long time to come.
No, because Fidel has left Cuba to me in his will. That means I will be the next brutal dictator of Cuba... I will have rules, just like any other dictator, but I will at least be fair to the people. If they are kept happy, they won't want to leave...
