It depends entirely on why. If you're blocked because somone doesn't like your opinion, their intolerant, assuming you're not a complete fascist. If you're blocked for name calling or harassing, that's different.

If someone thinks you have to agree with their opinions and harasses you for that reason, expose them.

I personally don't give anyon bad karma or block anyone, but I don't like name-calling and intolerence. But I also don't think anyone has to agree with my opinions.
