... hmmm ... not sure.

There are many. Some are more free than others in some ways but less free in others. I will say the Netherlands, but I say it hesitantly because while they have more individual freedoms in some regards, in others they lag. The USA is at the top for economic freedom, or so it seems.

But I generally believe the entire Western Civilisation is a good model for freedom and oppurtunity.

opportunity and freedom cant exist. usa has the most opportunity, thats why all the successful canadians move to usa, but you will not see freedom in usa. you will find freedom in finland and sweden but will not find opportunity because people are driven by money and when you have a high tax system, the business will not go there.
