WHERE IS THE BEST HONEY FROM?

[+] ballot by Bostonian
created Tue Oct 10, 06

I've tried honey from all over, but I can't really tell the difference between any of them. Is it all the same? Is it just that a bee is a bee is a bee? Are there any honey experts out there? Also, what about "clover", "orange blossom", "mesquite" and all the others?

Canada
Arizona
New Mexico
Pennsylvania
California
Vermont
Mexico
A ladys honeypot
Tupelo
Egypt
Yemeni Honey
Typically from a hive with LOTS of bees...good luck with that.

COMMENTS:
I dont know about the best, but the honey that I've tried from Mexico is good. It has a slightly fruity taste and flavor due to the grapefruit pollen it's made with. Probably not the best, but it's different than the clover honey that's made in my area.
