Im a maintainer and I never block comments or ballots, unless they are an attempt at sabotage (Racism, attack on another user etc...)
As for being blocked, I havent come across it yet, but you should perhaps tell LCD and see if he can find an amicable solution.
I dunno. Good question. I have never done that, but I guess it would be obvious if someone did. I haven't seen though, but I could be blind.

After receiving threats, abuse and unwarranted karma I felt it necessary to block this obnoxious individual.
The fact that maintainer status is being abused in this way doesn't seem right.
And now I am being hit with negative karma for ballots and comments made over a year ago.
This little sh*tbag is trawling through my comments and rating them down!
I dont think its that that needs changing in this case, if a maintainer is abusing his/her position then that postion should be taken away from them.

I maintain, and I maintain that the easiest way to ignore a ballot you don't like is to click off of it.
