Women. I mean, why do you geniuses work? Why do you get all gussied up in those fly clothes; buy that hot car; and just work to make yourself attractive to us idiot women? Most of you will support at least one of us all of your life. Pretty damned dumb, women?
I'm not aware of any fundamental, qualitiative difference in intelligence, based on gender.

Men statistically have a more polarised IQ spread, which means there are more extremely intelligent men, and more extremely stupid men. Women centre closer to the average. So technically the cleverest people are most likely men, as well as the most stupid.

I stick with my previous answer, for the previous reason.
For those who said men, I've only seen women in pitched gunfights once in my life. Can't count the number of men I've seen doing this. And gunfights are *not* a wise course of action.
