The reason I asked this question is because we've been dealing with a Mexican that does this at my workplace. It's a dirty little habbit that needs to stay back in Mexico.

Most 3rd world or developing countries do that due to the size of the plumbing. However, they are forced to use toilet paper whilst being in the U.s. You see, they do have one thing better and that is they usually have water...either a hose or bucket and clean them selves better than most americans

That's great to know that they enjoy spraying themselves clean with hoses. Next thing I'll be seeing here in Phoenix is Mexicans out in their yards spraying each others asses with hoses and scrubbing each other as if they're dirty vehicles in a driveway.
