COMMENTS:
People already engage in activities that harm no one but themselves directly; smoking cigarettes, abusing alcohol, over-eating. If you're an adult, and I stress the word adult, you should be able to do anything you want as long as it doesn't negatively affect anyone else. I think prostitution should be legal if that's what a couple of adults want to do. And if you want to lock yourself in your room and shoot yourself up with heroin or some other dangerous drug, go right ahead. But if you involve kids or force someone into it against his or her will, you should be severely (and I mean severely) punished.

The activity that 'harms no one' is determined by whom?
However, after having said that, "The government has too much control now.'

Yes so long as the person takes full responisblity for the consequences of the activity (i.e addiction to drugs,STDs from hookers etc) then an individual should be allowed to do whatever they want as long as it harm no one.

^ I have to go with Truthseeker on this one. I think such an activity would be very difficult to find.

If it trully causes no harm to anyone, in anyway you should be free to do it.

I've often wondered if conservative's obsession with other's sexual practices isn't, in itself, a form of sexual perversion.
