Voted : No, there should not be such a law in my country.
this would stamp out the freedom of so many unhealthy couch potatoes :( But there should be a law that they have to have clear statements on the packaging for any foods that use them.

Yes, there should. It should be in addition to the mandatory labeling. They say it will change the texture and taste. Yes, it might actually taste better. Junk food companies can actually make their products somewhat healthy and still tasty. A while back Doritos had a low carb version out. What was different? Not much, tasted the same, but it had fiber. This makes it more difficult for you to eat a ton of them. Same taste though. Sorry to rant but I really despise that we allow this type of junk to be sold.

No. Make sure the label explicitly lists everything inside, but then let people eat whatever garbage they want. We can't tell adults what to eat, anymore than we can order them to exercise daily, not smoke or drink and get the proper amount of sleep everynight. People will find one way or another to kill themselves slowly, let them. Now if we were talking banning unhealthy foods in public schools, sure I'd be for that.
