We've finally had enough since 2 AM, July 7, 2005 when the state legislators voted themselves a big fat pay raise and thought nobody would notice.
Well, we did notice.

I vote because I enjoy the absurdity of voting and pretending that my one vote makes a difference while I know that I am merely choosing between two representatives of the rich. The irony is exquisite.

The only way to hogtie Bush and bring this nation back to sanity is to attempt to install a Democratic House/Senate. We need to pluck the feathers off this lame duck president. I will vote for the Democrats for the first time since JFK. Am I a Democrat? No. Do I fear what Bush may try to do during the rest of his term? Yes.
