political : SHOULD ROE V. WADE BE OVERTURNED?

Please note that I am asking if this case should be overturned, not "Should abortion be legal." You could believe that this case should be overturned and still believe that abortions should be legal.

The Supreme Courts found that,"the right of privacy" is "broad enough to encompass a woman's decision whether or not to terminate her pregnancy."
This is one of the points that the Supreme Court says to back up thier verdict.

So I ask should this case be Overturned?

Yes it should be overturned
No it shouldn't be overturned

Voted : Yes it should be overturned
I would like to see abortion legal until the beginning of the second tri-mester. Once the second tri-mester has begun, then abortion should be prohibited. Roe v. Wade in its current form permits partial birth abortions. Partial birth abortion is way over the line.

Whether it was decided based on the best logic or not, whether abortion is right or not, making it illegal would cause too many practical problems. I thought there were restrictions on late term abortions.

And I'd like the issue to be solved, once and for all, by a referendum voted on solely by women.
