In the interests of balance, did M J Fox exagerrate his symptoms?
He is in favour of more research in to stem cell treatments and it could be argued that Fox played to his illness.
I personally dont believe it, but I do not wish to give the impression of being unfair.
No, he did not. The symptoms he exhibited are typical of those suffering from advanced Parkinson's disease. Also, the medications used to treat the disease can also cause or make worse some of the physical symptoms.

Limbaugh was an idiot on this. Michael J Fox is suffering from a terrible disorder and he doesn't deserve this.

I seriously doubt he exaggerated them, that's what parkinsons looks like. At the very least. But he did admit to quit taking his medication before his congressional appearance so the the effects of the disease would be apparent. Maybe he did for his commercial too. But I can't blame him for doing so. Even doctors will ask their patients sometimes to withold their medicine so that their symptoms can be accurately observed, why should he give congress any less of an observation?
As for Limbaugh, he's as ass and always has been. Most republicans I personally know can't even stand the guy.
10,000,000 republicans listen to his show, not an insignificant number.
Who says it's just republicans that listen to his show? Alot listen to it just for fuel for their fires. You can't begin to overcome or defeat someone until you learn the method to their madness.

Normally, I'm venemently anti-murder. But this guy's making me reconsider my stance...
The last interview I saw from Fox was on Oprah (please don't judge me harshly- I was sick, and my care provider was watching it), he said that his meds don't always see him through their full cycle, and that his symptoms do tend to pop out unexpectedly.
This typifies one of the behaviours that makes The Right so contemptible -- the need to demonize anyone and everyone who dares take a position that doesn't agree with theirs. Anyone who doesn't agree is an enemy and has to be attacked.
It is reprehensible.

Of course you're only refering to rush on this, not making a broad generalization about millions of people based on observations of a handful of individuals?
