Sending the troops without the proper equipment. Not having any plan for the post-invasion occupation. Disbanding the 800,000 man Iraqi military, sending 800,000 angry, unemployed men into the streets, fully armed. Disbanding the Iraqi Police, sending more angry, unemployed, fully armed men into the streets, and leaving the people of Iraq with no police protection. And on and on and on and on.
