Now that the Congress is controlled by Democrats, will Bush finally learn how to write his name and start vetoing legislation?

COMMENTS:
No doubt he will veto some legislation but I don't think he will use it too often because he fears being called an obstructionist.Bush did say he wanted to work with the other side we'll see if he really means it.

Bush also used signing statements more than other Presidents to reinterprete laws passed by Congress. He's just sneaky.
