should we issue driver's license to illegals?

keeping in mind of course that keeping them illegal will prevent most of them from obtaining insurance, and possibly crashing into you, injuring you and your loved ones and you will be left to pay for the consequences?

Yes - give them licenses
No - punish them and everyone else
Not WHILE they are illegals.
No license until you show you have insurance

Why have them drive without insurance just because they're illegal. A license isn't a privilege, it's an obligation.

A lot of them are driving anyway without a license. If they are caught, they are given a ticket to pay a fine or ordered to show up in court, which they fail to do.

Um....skylab.....a licens is NOT an obligation. Maybe you should look up the word before trying to use it.
A drivers license is one perk of being a responsbile citizen. It's not something just anyone should have.

Nobody that is in this country ILLEGALLY should be able to get a LEGAL license until they go through the steps it takes to become a legal citizen.

Driving is NOT an obligation....it is a privilege.

Obligation: something by which a person is bound or obliged to do certain things, and which arises out of a sense of duty or results from custom, law, etc.

privilege: a right, immunity, or benefit enjoyed only by a person beyond the advantages of most:
