Kim Peek would win it I believe, he is effectively a walking human hard drive, a google search engine on legs, he has scanned and stored something like 20,000 books to this day and continues to do so at the rate of about three bools a day.
I say 'scans and stores' rather than reads, because that is what he effectively does, he scans pages, left eye on the left page and right eye on the right page, scanning down in about 9 seconds, he then moves onto the next pair of pages and so on.
He has something like 93% or 97% recall of everything he has ever read/scanned, so it's Kim for me.
Did Ken Jennings get knocked off of Jeopardy by someone, or did they retire him. If someone beat him, there's no reason to believe that Kim Peek couldn't. However, Jeopardy is not just having a lot of knowledge stored inside your head, it's being able to time clicking the clicker just as Alex Trebek finishes the statement then answering in the form of a question. Is Kim able to do that?
