Bruce Willis was born with a vestigial tail if I remember correctly.
The thing that's weird about this--how come I never heard of this historically? You'd think if this thing happened all through human existence, we would have heard more of it. It should have shown up regularly in fairy tales and legends.

Sounds like an urban legend to me - if 1 in 10 people were born with a tail, I'm sure it would be common knowledge

10%? No way. More like 20 people out ten billion. Occasionally and rarely humans are born with a very small soft "tail" - really just a flesh protrusion. However, every human has a Coccyx. This is the end of the human vertebrae column and consists of 4-5 fused vertebrae that are attached to the sacrum.
1 in 10 sounds too high. Maybe 1 in 10,000
Also, many are born with silver spoons in their mouth, or with their foot in the mouth.

Rare people have tails or hair all over the face (not just a beard) as ativistic traits, but 10% sounds too high.
That doesn't sound right. If this is so common, why isn't there a sex fetish for this kind of thing?
