Voted : Roasting
For anyone who says deep-frying, pass me your e-mail addy, so I can show you a pic of a fire that resulted from such last year. The house *was* a *three-story* jobber. Now, it's *matchsticks*...

Give it a good stuffing, peel some of the breast skin away then tuck in some herbed butter, shove an orange up its ass, cover it in bacon rashers, rub with more herbed butter, sprinkle with sea salt, cover with tin foil, shove that mutha in the oven!

Unfortunately this news is too late in coming for most everybody this year, but my family found that the best way to cook a turkey is not to baste it at all, simply blast it in the oven for 2 hours (for a 17.49 lb turkey) at 450. They tried it this year and it was by far the best turkey we've ever had.

We were also skeptical at first.

To thaw it, we put it in a brine for two days.
