You are probably referring to the Hamas leaders, right? I dont have a clear opinion on that. Maybe they are legit targets but on the other hand it probably isnt a good idea to take them out. Look at Ghadafi: once a ruthless terrorist who took direct part, among other things, in the Lockerbie attack and the blast in the german discoteque and now, since he has given up on terrorism and his program of weapons of mass destruction, he's all chummy with europe and usa. Maybe diplomacy works afterall...
