Voted : It's sexy!
Dont know how the girls are gonna make it through the winter though.
Voted : Not sexist
At least no more sexist then Automobile Ads with Bikini Babes, or The Brawny Paper towel ads marketing to women. It's a gimmic. Like Hooters. It's all about the dolla
^huh?
I hate feminists to a point. Sure they all have "valid points" but worry about the more serious feminism issues, like equal pay. I, for one, think go ahead. Hey, if they paid well (and i was a model of course) i might even apply! They look nicer than men and it creates jobs for women. They should be making girls proud anyway not the opposite. You go girls!! Nice outfits btw, are they on mail order?
Voted : It's sexy!
What Kit_Kat said. And I want to know where to get that outfit too. Nishe!

It's called advertising. They figured out that attractive women are good at influencing men about the same time we discovered fire, and people have been trying to exploit that fact ever since. I'm not sure why your friends chose this one instance to declare sexist, but have ignored every other example.
"but have ignored every other example. " that's a wild extrapolation
btw, one of the options should read, *mildly*

Where does Victoria hide her secret?
Yes ! And I hope the other women on here take more of a stand against it. So far I don't see that.
Why is it sexist then? Just because she is pretty and wearing shorts? If she were ugly and wearing overalls, would it make such a difference?
Voted : Not sexist
But I could be wrong. Explain to me how it supposedly is.
Plus, she has a really outstanding philtrum.

and the nicest legs i've ever seen
Clearly this form of advertising is designed to get mens money by exploiting their natural desires to see women looking sexy. The primary focus is - TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MEN. Maybe there is a side point that it objectifies women - But that really is a side point compared to the focus. Is it sexist that the New James bond film is being marketed by showing the same clip over and over again, of 007 walking out of the sea showing his rippling muscles?? Maybe - But their focus is clearly to try and get as many women interested and buying tickets as is possible. They are trying to take advantage of womens natural urges.
You think that honey could undo a couple more buttons.
Soc, it could be considered sexist, as she's parading around in scantily clad clothing, that's why.

Voted : It's midly sexist
mojo- *what* philtrum?
Still, t's *nothing compared to what Big Brown puts their female delivery persons in during summer. Back when I worked, I remember one delivery leading to a four-forklift accident.
aya- scantily clad clothing? How is that discrimination against the female gender? Isn't it more sexist to tell women what they can and cannot wear?
^^ Exactly!!
Socrates, they're exploiting the women's bodies. And THEY are telling the women what to wear. It is sexist in this case.
