Much appreciated, all. This community is a very decent lot and I have enjoyed my time with almost everyone -- including most of those with whom I had differences of political/ other views -- you were *all* very engaging and good human beings.
Had to step in just one more time to address a comment by nuck -- no, no one here is responsible for 'getting me into trouble.' Everyone has been very good and above- board. Everyone had been good about 'respecting my boundaries.'
But, the reality is -- it is not enough that there 'has been no real problem' -- I value my relationship with my SO very much and *I* need to take whatever efforts are necessary to maintain Trust. Thank you for your kind words, Exotique -- IMO, that sums up the basis for my decision.
This is a great site and you are all great people. (Yeah, even the ones I debated/ argued with.) ;-)
Will I be back? Perhaps, some day. (With my SO's full knowledge, of course.) ;-D LCD has graciously allowed me to hold that account open, in case of that evantuality. I'll priobably peruse from time to time, in any event. In the meantime, my best to all of you.

I have been on the opposite end of the political spectrum, usually, from you, but we agreed that both of us DO listen to others and sometimes learn things and even change our own minds. Our banter was truly fun and I shall miss that.
Though you and I never exchanged email addresses, it does make a good point about being very careful with whom we share email addresses.

No, I completely understand Cathexis... about the whole SO thing. Real life realtionships take the lead. I sort of had the same thing happen at one time with my husband. I told him I had nothing to hide and gave him my username/password to check up if he wanted to. If you do come back one day, we will all be very happy to see you around. Oh, and uh in case she asks... we accept Cathexis' SO to B&W with open arms!!!! ;)
...And this appears to be the time for Cathexis...I certainly can respect him for that...
