Nope. Vanity to the point of artificially altering my body never was one of my personality traits.
'Course I do have tattoos, but that's more from the artist in me than vanity.

I played rugby for some years and i broke my nose 3 times, 2 of which in the same week. My nose was in pretty bad shape so i had it "repaired". Not that it looks much better now but at least i can breathe well.

HELL YES! It's expensive but was VERY well worth it in my book.
Also it's not altering your body, it's beautifying it...nothing wrong with that. You only live once :)
