Instead of admitting the thousands of horrors known to be taking place, the twittering neocons are leaping on a press release from Michael B. Dean Lieutenant, U.S. Navy, questioning whether six Sunnis were actually burned to death outside a mosque last Friday. The press release was trumpeted on a website called Flopping Aces (flopping wee-wee is more like it), and, if you take a look, the site is apparently authored by a serious OCD case. Mr. Floppy refers to the AP, the major newspapers, and the major TV networks as "getting news from the enemy." As of today, no one has retracted the story, although, of course, the neocon poodles are yipping that it must have be false. Whether it is true or not, does the fact that war-avoider neocons are using this one instance to attempt to discredit all independent news agencies that are reporting on Bush's Iraq Hell smell of desperation?
