to pierce any body part (be creative) regardless if you consent to it or not. She/he says either she/he can have your consent to get it professionally done or she will pierce it herself.

Keep in mind, that if a tounge piercing is done wrong, a person can die. Any other can cause permanant scars or infect very easily.

You also know that:

1) She/he will and can find a place to do it wheather she has a id or not.

2) Fake IDs do exist

Make a deal
have her/him pay for it
scare her/him with horror stories
Ground her/him
Threaten the Teen
