Black lava, the status of the lawsuit was that it deemed
..the judge deemed it unconstitutional (patriot act?) for US citizens to charge a sitting US president of treason against his own citizens.
However, the charges themselves that were being brought by hundreds of 9/11 victims families, were not questioned.
They still stand.
