Yes, this is a bit 'tongue in cheek' because I know for some there is nothing Bush could ever do to turn it around.
My disappointment deals mostly with his shady relationship with big oil, and also the way he seems to be hiring 'good ole' boys' as his advisors rather than the best person for the job.

honestly, I can't think of one thing - and I sincerely wish that there's something that could be done to salvage the situation.
once you create a quagmire like Iraq, it's like building humpty dumpty back together. You can try, but it will take thousand times longer than it took to crack that shell.
