what's their real point? Isn't the future more important than the past right now? People will do ANYTHING but stop fighting, I have lost hope completely.

{The Orthodox Anti-Zionist Society of Austria... by wideheadofknowledge on Wed Dec 13, 06 8:59am} So what? They disagree with Zionism. Big deal. I can see that would make them enemies of a pro-Zionist group, but the rest of us don't have to tag along with the pro-zionists point of view about it. it sounds like you're trying to pretend that they're bad simply because they disagree with your side.
{holocaust denier Fredrick Töben of Australia... by wideheadofknowledge on Wed Dec 13, 06 8:59am} When is having a different point of a view on any event a crime in and of itself? Unless of course you hate free speech, or you hate the idea of someone possibly questioning and the "official history" They do that in North Korea too; imprisoning people for questioning "official history" There's a Chinese historian rotting away in a prison in China now, all his books were burnt, because he happened to say "The Nanking Massacre deathtoll was inflated by ten times by the Communist Party of China". He disagreed with the "official history", so therefore he's a bad guy right?
In any nation where historians are not allowed to disagree, but must accept the Official History because they may be imprisoned, their children and families lives threatened, their careers ruined, or their own lives threatened, the "Official History" is clearly going to be biased. Deny it all you like, but the credibility of any historian who lives in a nation where these circumstance prevail, is not going to be very good, and should be questioned - and the same goes for anything that they might say.
You understand that the 'official history' was arrived at from the work of thousands of historians and researchers over many, many years following different lines of study and pieces of evidence that all converged on the sam conclusion don't you? To suggest otherwise is simply ignorant.
